A long, heavy box that has to arrive straight
An eighty-eight key instrument is a metre and a half of keybed that will bow if the carton is carried by one end. This is how one leaves our room in Nagpur and reaches yours.

Dispatch and handling
Anything confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that evening’s pickup; anything after it is packed the next working morning. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
The instrument stays in the maker’s inner carton and that carton goes inside a second box with corner blocks, so nothing rests on the end caps where a keybed is weakest. Pedals, stands and adaptors travel in their own compartment rather than loose against the keys. Every unit is powered up and every key sounded at the bench before the outer box is closed, and heavy items ship on a service that will telephone before arriving.
What shipping costs
Delivery is free on orders of ₹6,999 and above. Below that threshold a flat ₹249 is added at checkout, anywhere in India — we do not charge more for a distant PIN, and we do not quietly fold the courier fee into the product price.
Cash on Delivery is available across most of the country. A handful of remote PINs sit outside our couriers’ COD network and very high-value baskets may be prepaid-only; in both cases the checkout tells you before you place the order, not after.
Couriers and tracking
We ship with Blue Dart and XpressBees. Which one carries your parcel depends on the destination PIN, not on what you paid.
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS on the day we hand the parcel over. Courier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a weekend, so a link that looks frozen on Saturday is usually moving again by Monday. If it has genuinely not updated in seventy-two hours, tell us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Addresses we cannot reach
- India only — we do not ship internationally
- street addresses only; no PO boxes, no APO or FPO addresses
- a parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above
