Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free on orders of ₹6,999 and above, otherwise a flat ₹249 anywhere in India. We pack within 1–2 business days in Nagpur and transit runs 3-9 business days — 3–6 working days to a metro, 6–9 working days further out. Door to door, plan for 4 to 11 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
Keys, weight and what to expect at home
Do I need fully weighted keys to start?
Not to start, but you will want them within a year if the goal is acoustic piano. A semi-weighted keyboard is lighter, cheaper and fine for chords and pads; it will not build the finger strength that transfers to a real piano. Every listing states which action it has.
Will the sustain pedal that came with it work properly?
Yes with the instrument it ships with. Pedal polarity differs between makers, so a pedal swapped in from another keyboard can behave backwards — sustaining when lifted. Most instruments have a polarity setting; the manual will say.
Can I practise silently in a flat?
Yes. Every instrument we list has a headphone socket that cuts the speakers, and the key noise itself is a soft knock rather than anything that carries through a wall. Weighted actions are slightly louder mechanically than unweighted ones.
How should it be stored through the monsoon?
Away from an outside wall, off the floor, and covered when not in use. The enemy is condensation on the contact strips under the keys, which shows up as keys that trigger at the wrong velocity. A room that is comfortable for people is comfortable for the instrument.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Nagpur, Maharashtra workspace, and we answer during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
