One inbox, one person answering
An order number in the first line saves a round trip. We answer questions about which instrument suits a room, a budget or a beginner just as readily as questions about an order already placed, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong keyboard than sell it.
Where we are
Tracking links can stall for a day after a weekend pickup — that usually resolves itself by Monday. Return requests need to reach us within 7 days of delivery, and a damage report needs the unboxing video within 48 hours.

An order, a return, or a question about which action suits a beginner — write below and we reply within one working day. Tell us the room, who will be playing and whether the goal is acoustic piano later on, and the answer will be a good deal more useful than a specification sheet. If you are writing about a delivery already on its way, the order number is the only thing we need.
How quickly we reply, and what to send
Email is answered within one working day, Monday to Saturday. Anything that arrives on a Sunday or a public holiday is picked up the next working morning. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — the same person reads the inbox and answers it.
Put your order number in the first line. For a delivery question, that alone is enough. For a return, tell us what is wrong and attach a photograph; for anything that arrived damaged, we need the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, so start recording before you cut the tape.
